The big question I always ask about GMT watches is: Does it have a quick-set hour hand (QSHH). If you travel to more than one timezone, a QSHH is a requirement.

The ETA 2892-2 does not have a QSHH.

What does a Quick Set Hour Hand do?

Jumping hour hand without moving minute and second hand.

Oh, one problem with that is that its difficult to set the other timezone for places that have half an hour time differences.

Well, the 1/2 hr time zone is a problem whether you have a quickset hour hand or not! Ease of adjustment aside, if you’re using the 12 hour for local time, the 24 hour hand will always be 1/2 hr out of whack unless you have a rotating bezel of some sort to compensate.
