Seiko Brightz SAGZ027, SAGZ029 and SAGZ031

Posted by wristwatch on September 2, 2007

If you’re tired of the Citizen Eco-Drives, the Seiko Brightz is a great alternative. Worldwide radio reception and solar power makes this a pretty much maintenance free watch. Due to its titanium construction, its extremely light. Based on what I’ve read over the net, the dial is better in person that that in pictures.

* Case: Titanium
* Glass: Sapphire glass (nonreflective coating)
* Lumibrite
* Power reserve 6 months at full power and 18 months for power saving
* ±15 seconds per month at non-reception
* Thickness: 9.8mm
* Overcharge prevention function
* Power saving function
* Perpetual Calendar
* World time function (24 cities)
* Radio wave modify feature (Japan & USA & Germany)
* Automatic reception function
* Forced reception function
* Reception result display function
* Water resistant up to 10 atmospheres
* Screw in crown
* Screw back case
* SAGZ029 is limited to 300 pieces
